Global Foundation Europe B.V. (GFE), founded in 2004, focuses since 2010 on the attractive German real estate market. GFE buys property at prices which are significantly lower than the current market value, often directly from German banks. GFE renovates the properties and optimizes rental revenues. Lastly, the various residential units in the property are sold separately or per project to owners and/or investors at the rough equivalent of the market price. In this way profit is generated in the relatively short term.
